We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $12.99 applies. Most orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your province.
What is your return policy for fashion items?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. Since we curate various international styles, we recommend checking the 'Fit Notes' section for information on whether an item runs true to size, small, or oversized.
Do you offer international shipping outside of Canada?
Currently, NIU Canada focuses on serving our local market to ensure the fastest delivery times. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are looking to expand our reach in the near future.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For those who prefer to pay in installments, we also offer Sezzle at checkout.
How can I track my order once it has been placed?
